为提升各加盟店卫生食品管理工作
 
       为加强安全生产及经营，预防食品中毒等安全事故的发生，公司现提示各店在日常经营中应加强：
       1、在《卫生许可证》范围内从事食品经营活动。
       2、组织员工健康体检，防止传染病的发生，并组织员工进行卫生知识培训。
       3、定期对本店食品卫生工作进行检查，严格把关原料采购、加工、保存、出品。
       4、聘请灭鼠、灭蝇专业人员对营业场所进行除害防疫工作。
       5、加强用品消毒工作，环境清洁工作。
